Our experts perform a site evaluation to analyze energy need or potential,. Assess nearby infrastructure, and ensure the feasibility of the proposed solutions. We also assess the wider stakeholder community to ensure wude acceptance. This step lays the foundation for a successful project.

After the site assesment we will do our homework on technical options, permitting and project boundaries. Using the insights from the consultation, site assessment, and homework, we create a first concept of the green power solution, timelines and capex.  

Based on the project's specifics, timelines, and capital expenditure, we can discuss your interest and capacity to financially participate in the project. This conversation will guide us in drafting a tailored partnership agreement.

We next develop the project using a phased development approach. We pass several milestones to assess the feasibility of the project and further detail the project and capex. Initial development steps involve regulatory conversations, stakeholder conversations and preparing for permit applications.  In later development phases we move to full permitting and tenders. In the final development phase we move to the project financing and preparing the final investment decision,

Depending on the choosen contractors we can supervise the construction phase.. For the operational phase we will prepare the choosen operational contractors. We will further ensure proper revenue generation or trading strategies.. With all these steps we can make the green power project a success to fit your goals.
